Jessica Capone presents pe•lù•ria
Watebury Wine & Spirits presents PE•LÙ•RIA by artist Jessica Capone, a Brooklyn based, self-taught ceramicist originally from Italy who is dedicated to crating fine hand-built porcelain pieces.
JAMAL studios x Waterbury wine tote
The idea behind the collaboration was to take your traditional wine tote bag and elevate it to a place where it doubles as your go-to city side companion. The exterior of the bag is made out of black quilted nylon with a small back zip pouch, dual nylon webbing straps and a top zip closure. The interior is cotton lined with heavy duty canvas wine dividers that can securely transport 3 bottles
bitters for fall
Sometimes a splash of bitter is what it takes to remember how sweet life can be. It lights up the back row of our palate, and calls for a rinse of sweet, and then "repeat". Here on deck, Faccio Brutto's Amaro Gorini (Brooklyn, NY), Mountain by Michelberger (MXPSM) from Berlin, and Golden Moon's Amer dit Picon (faithfully based on the original 1830's recipe by Gaetan Picon, inventor of the illusive bitters Amer Picon).
Remy Giannico: Etching the World of wine
Remy's inks and imagery together, give a sense of having been wafted through a tardis or time-portal of unknown origin. Each plate has been etched with a markedly different sense of abstraction than the previous. Sneak a quick preview via the artist's social media here, and a reel of the event invite, here.
